Her international friends call her Izzy because that's much easier to pronounce. With her almost twenty years, she is still trying to figure out what to do and where to go but one thing is pretty sure; a healthy lifestyle became so important to her and one day she would love to help other people to feel well and confident in their bodies as a profession. After her training on Maui in Hawaii this year, she is now on her way to becoming a Pilates teacher. Growing up on the country side of northern Germany, she was always inspired and fascinated by nature, the forests, the fields and the sea. When she was younger, she felt like a misfit, a silent dreamer with a free spirit. There was this overwhelming urge to see different places, meet strangers, try new food and experience new cultures as well as change her perspective on life while travelling.
