54. My First Comic - The Dark Knight Returns

It's time for another new podcast show! This one is 'My First Comic' in which we'll be chatting with various regular customers in the store about their first exposure to the glorious world of comics! What title left such an impression that they fell in love with the art-form? First up (and perfect timing since it's his birthday today) is Gerard Lavery, a long time customer who has been with us almost since the beginning. His title of choice? The Dark Knight Returns, Frank Miller's 1986 masterpiece. Do beware that there will be spoilers aplenty in this format, and hopefully a few fun insights as well.
