FLOW. That magical place where you effortlessly exist in time and space, completely absorbed in your favourite creative pursuit.  But when you’re out of it, it looks like writer's block, creative stagnation, flat *like pancake flat kind* energy.  It’s a slump that doesn’t feel good OR pay the bills. 

The truth is that when you’re running your own gig you’ll continually be in and out of flow. The more we become conscious about the want we spend our time in business and in life, we want to get smart about being in flow more often than not.

FLOW feels good AND it’s good for business. In this episode, I’ll be throwing down on my favourite ways to dial in your flow ASAP.
