#99 Worldliness and International Entrepreneurship with Anfernee Chansamooth (@AnferneeC)

from Adventure - OpenWorld Magazine · host The OpenWorld Podcast by Danny Flood

Welcome to another episode of the OpenWorld podcast. Today I'm joined by my new friend Anfernee Chansamooth. He's founder of Simple Creative Marketing, a marketing consultant, small business advisor, and host of the Transitions Podcast. He’s trained over a thousand business leaders across 14 countries, empowered over 500 students in Laos, Sydney and Toronto, has appeared on Network Ten, in Anthill Magazine and at TEDxTelstraSydney, and is a regular writer for Huffington Post. Anfernee has been a bit of a nomad, and launched cross-border initiatives such as Design for Change and Warrior Women in his native country of Laos. He is passionate about helping creatives, entrepreneurs and changemakers to become influencers online so that they can make a bigger impact. During this podcast, we had a deep discussion about Anfernee's upbringing as a "third culture kid," the impact on culture and travel upon who we grow up to be as adults and entrepreneurs, introspection, aligning to your core values, authenticity, empathy, and much more! Towards the end of the interview, Anfernee also shares FARS, his "four step framework for creating content that rocks." This podcast was all about deeply understanding yourself and your place in the world - and aligning your entrepreneurial efforts to match what you wish to create. I thoroughly enjoyed this chat, and if you're looking for more you may also love episode #66 with Lydia Lee. And if you love our podcast, please leave a review on iTunes. It will encourage me to purchase a new microphone soon :)

Barnum. Some laws teach the need for prudence (“Law 1: Never Outshine the Master”), others teach the value of confidence (“Law 28: Enter Action with Boldness”), and many recommend absolute self-preservation (“Law 15: Crush Your Enemy Totally”).
