Em entrevista à SIC Notícias nesta noite de domingo, Carlos Moedas reconheceu que o que aconteceu “terá seguramente responsabilidade técnica e poderia também ter responsabilidade humana”, mas afastou, para já, responsabilidades. “Nesta tragédia não há nenhum erro que possa ser imputado ao presidente da Câmara de Lisboa”, declarou o autarca. No final de alguma insistência, assumiria: "Se alguém provar que houve um erro político, eu demito-me, obviamente".
