Have seen a lot of media lately about 'people pleasing' and wanted to offer another perspective on the trend that I am seeing around this. 

I recorded this completely forgetting that I had music on in the background at first, and the song that was playing was Reborn As Art, I decided that was perfect and that it also fits exactly what I'm talking about because when you're facing decisions in your life and your direction and you are no longer basing those decisions on avoidance, you're then free to base them on EXPRESSION, which is you then living and BEING art. voila. I'm back sharing some thoughts about a reaction I had to someone's choice to blow past her own 'NO' and hold it up as a prime example of how we do this to ourselves with the best intentions. Let's talk about it. Because for sure you can get results blowing past your own limitations, but also YOU DON'T HAVE TO. You can create results WHILE HONORING your capacity and comfort level. 

I saw a reel on my feed from this guy that was basically bullying GPT in real time and I had a lot of thoughts about that and the specific THINGS he was trying to humiliate it for—so telling. I made my own reel about it on IG as well, but I wanted to share this here too for those who aren't on there. 

Quick note about why I removed the episode I uploaded the other day (in case you saw it appear and disappear and were wondering) and also a note about the massive fear that comes up for me every single time I release something new and the excruciating thing that still happens in me even after ALL these years. Maybe you relate.

Humans are cute, and like celestial bodies. I was thinking about this and how the people I wanted to validate me in my youth could not, and how I could not for them either, though I did try. And they did try too. I hope this is a balm to you as it was to me. 

Those of you who've been around awhile know that a long time ago I decided not to use reviews and testimonials and media mentions in the sales or promotion of my work, I've been in process with that decision for years and today all NEW levels of why were revealed to me, as well as a memory of a very uncomfortable client contract negotiation from years ago and how it DIRECTLY related to this. Buckle up, she's a banger. lol 😂❤️💞 but she just set me a little bit more free. 🙏😌

I feel such a passion about this, always, and here's why. The REAL innocence, is something so much more excruciatingly beautiful than the surface level one that most people talk about. And this is what real innocence is to me. 💕

I heard someone being condescending about 'fantasy' online and I had something to say about it. lol 

Heard some news this morning on the ai front and felt a wave of passion sweep through me about the topic. Here is that wave. Here is what I feel that I am often afraid to name more clearly, but just cannot contain myself about anymore. This is not a verdict or a sideline or a final resting place, it's just how I'm meeting this and life right now, for whatever it's worth to your own process. 

If you feel like you've lost touch with the magic, or lost your close connection with spirit and the many expressions of it (guides, angels, god, universe, etc.), this may help.  

Talking about a dream I had which was definitely me processing violence and powerlessness in the collective and in myself, and how that powerlessness is not powerlessness at all, it is just power that has already taken on a new shape, and is learning to embody that on the inner planes, not just the outer ones. You have already mastered not being violent with others. But how you doing with yourself?

I think most of the tension people feel here is the pressure to calcify into one final world view as if reality is just one of these and not the other. I'm sharing my thoughts about this today and about why we jump camps and the importance of taking up space there until a new balance can be held. 

When you can no longer tell what's fake and what's real what are the implications of that humanity as a species, on a personal level and when it comes to creative business and livelihood? My thoughts on this, on the lure of nostalgia, and on humanity's evolution as prompted through this technology age. There has never been a more powerful time to re-orient yourself to your own truths and open to all that's to come (and that you've called in). 

When you're wondering if you would feel better if you just let your hopes, dreams, desires, and preferences go... you're really asking a different question. I wanted to talk about this today in relation to my IG reel from the other day, I promised an expansion on that, and this is it.

The idea of pre-selling your work before spending any energy or time on it is symptomatic of our outside-in, external validation and authority seeking society, and it works *IF* success at all cost is your top value and priority, but if that is NOT your top priority it will not be congruent for you, let's talk about it. 

I was inspired to play a light mini manifestation game with myself recently and I wanted to share the results and the funny thing that happened and the one thing that was eluding me for the longest time, what I finally saw about it, and what happened after I saw that. ✨  Special shout out to my grandma (who passed quite a few years ago), love you forever gramma. 🥹❤️💞

I received the answer to a question my heart and soul had been asking for months this morning, in a single line of a poem shared by a random stranger. I love when that happens. 🥹 Suddenly my understanding came full circle and the cycle was complete and I was able to release a shame that had been plaguing me for a long time now. If you have been shamed for being a sweetness seeking creature, or for moving fast and orienting towards what feels lighter, the hummingbird spirit and me have a message for you. 

We put on SoundScapes for the dogs sometimes which is this DirecTV music channel with new age mellow music and travel photos and inspirational quotes lol, today a quote popped up that said “We grow because we struggle, learn and overcome.” and I said OOOOHHHH, let's question it! ;) Because that is one available option, but let's show your brain that there is another one.  

Self inquiry time! If you have a belief that control and force/dominance/mastery/planning is needed for financial wealth/money and the quality of life that you want, let's question it and open the mind to new possibilities.

Kenny showed me a video of a chameleon today and it brought up some major insights for me about my former self-judgements for being chameleon like and I thought I'd share for any of you fellow chameleon like bodies and souls out there. It's not a flaw, it's a genius (and not just as a 'survival strategy' or a 'coping mechanism' but as an actual brilliant design of its own). 

What my body was telling me about my business - these are some questions I have been asked about my business and it lead to some clarity on the many things my body was telling me about my business before my MIND ever caught up to the why. They were often such brilliant things that my mind just didn't understand yet, but when I honored them, I always found out why later on and it blew me away. I am sure you will see yourself in this episode and it will likely bring some clarity to yourself and your own business decisions, enjoy!

Something that has been coming into a lot clearer focus for me lately is that I am only able to live the incredible life that I'm living, the totally unique life and career I am living because of my ability to hold potential future's that others could or would not... BECAUSE of this one thing...
