Adaptability vs. Talent

Being  adaptable and flexible is the cornerstone of human development. Though  each of us is born with a certain skill set and associated prospects,  the nurture of these skills is a never-ending process, if we want to  develop and utilise them in practical settings. In order to be  successful, companies need to modernise and adapt, too, as well as seek  to create an environment where employees' talents can flourish.
