Another Woman Sues NBA Star Anthony Edwards for Child Support: Key Takeaways

NBA star Anthony Edwards is currently facing a paternity lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Alexandria Descroches (Ally D), who filed the suit in New York on March 13, 2025. Ally claims they have a son born in 2023, and soon after her filing, Anthony responded by filing his own paternity and support case in Georgia on March 21, asserting that their child was conceived and born in Georgia.Ally counters that they moved to New York with their son in February 2024 and argues that Anthony's lawsuit should be dismissed, as it does not meet the criteria for Georgia to be considered the child's home state.
