Anthony Walsh, Coach and Cyclist

Anthony Walsh is the founder and director of A1 coaching and host of the Roadman podcast. We had a great conversation with Anthony about his journey into cycling and coaching and his passion for pursuing health, happiness and longevity. Anthony, on his decision to hit reset on his life; “It seemed like risky advice but I trust him a lot and he’s build some huge companies, and he said ‘you know what? Just press pause on everything.’ And I took his advice and I sold all the companies apart from the coaching company and kind of put that on life support, and I’m just going to figure out what makes me happy. And use that as the starting point. And cycling was that kind of, result of that”.
