Are you ready for a breakthrough? EP | 67

from Shameless Freedom Podcast · host Jen Bugajsky Love, Pleasure and Intimacy Coach

Are you prepared for a transformative experience? In the upcoming episode, I reflect on the insights gained in 2023. My chosen word for the year was "Courage," and for December, it was "Breakthrough." I not only select a word for the entire year but also choose a specific word for each month. This practice helps me attract more of what I desire by embracing the lessons of a new word monthly. I find value in reflecting on the OPPOSITE of the chosen word, as it adds a deeper layer of meaning to the lessons embedded in that word. COURAGEDefinition: The ability to do something that frightens one. COWARDOpposite: A person who lacks courage in facing danger, difficulty, opposition, pain, etc.; a timid or easily intimidated person. While acknowledging that it takes courage to take inspired actions, contemplating the opposite definition serves as motivation. I don't want to be perceived as a coward—someone who procrastinates and settles for less due to fear of taking action. BREAKTHROUGHDefinition: A sudden, dramatic, and important discovery or development. SETBACKOpposite: An event that delays your progress or reverses some of the progress that you have made. I delve into the breakthroughs I encountered, particularly regarding comfort zones, in the past month. Instead of criticizing myself, I observe the patterns influencing my decisions and choose to shift them, making new, empowering choices. It all starts with a choice. What will you choose for yourself in the coming year? Schedule a Desire Map session, and together we'll craft your Intentional Desire Map for 2024.
