The very thought of WAR may increase Emotional Disabilities (depression, anxiety PTSD, MST and more). Many report that hearing about dailyconflictsaround the world (e.g Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, Israel, North Korea, some African countries) has a negative impact on their performance. This episode may help minimize stress and encourage us to seek resources to avoid dropping out of classes, work, and/or life!
