Vor genau zwei Jahren, am 24. Februar 2022, hat die russische Armee die Ukraine überfallen. Neben den politischen Auswirkungen wurde das Schicksal von Millionen Ukrainerinnen und Ukrainern, vor allem von Kindern, schlagartig verändert. Dem UN-Kinderhilfswerk Unicef zufolge wurden vier Millionen Kinder wegen des russischen Angriffskrieges in der Ukraine vertrieben, viele von ihnen innerhalb des Landes. Bis heute soll sich die Situation nicht verbessert haben. In den letzten zwei Jahren sollen Kinder in Frontregionen der Ukraine zwischen 3.000 und 5.000 Stunden in Schutzkellern verbracht haben, viele Kinder wohnen in vorübergehenden Unterkünften, können nicht richtig zur Schule gehen und Eltern haben kaum Geld. Florian Westphal, Geschäftsführer der Kinderhilfsorganisation Save the Children, ist gerade in der Westukraine. Im Podcast berichtet er über die Lage der Kinder und ihre Familien vor Ort. Die 74.
