In this final episode of season one, I want to leave you with some powerful food for thought that truly encapsulates the essence of Mindful Moves —being authentically yourself. In this final episode of season one, I want to leave you with some powerful food for thought that truly encapsulates the essence of Mindful Moves —being authentically yourself. Now, I get it; it might sound like a vague concept, but let's keep it simple. Ask yourself, what would you be doing right now if nobody was around? What would you wear, who would you spend time with, and where would you be? These questions hit home for me, especially in those moments when I didn't tap into my authenticity. It's about reconnecting with yourself, and it starts with regulating your body, making it a safe space. You've given yourself the gift of going inwards, and that's something to be proud of. Embracing your authentic self is a journey worth taking, unlocking a radiant light within. Trust me; the world deserves to know your true self. Thank you for being on this journey with me, I look forward to the next chapter with you all in season two.

A Note for Today Take a deep breath. You don’t have to fix everything right now. Thank you for being here and for moving mindfully with me today <3
