Anyway this week we met a couple of really really dumb Karen's who couldn't get their packages, a very angry man who had to wait for 3 hours to get his rental car, someone who really hated waiting on hold to speak to the phone company, a man who got all upset because his boss couldn't remember his name, a very angry man who wanted to return his compressor because he wasn't qualified to use it and a lady who really really wanted her voice to be heard, and left disappointed.
