Baron Baptiste is Disrupting the Drift

from Life On Earth Podcast · host Nathalie Croix

Baron Baptiste is disrupting the drift with his new podcast and you will hear all about it in this episode + some lifetime jewels he shares with us. I can't wait for you to listen. Baron has a super interesting background. He is the founder of Baptiste Power Yoga, and the author of many books. He grew up in San Francisco, where he learned yoga from a young age.  His parents were the founders of San Francisco’s Yoga Philosophic Health Center in 1955. Baron is a dynamic and influential teacher in the arena of spiritual, physical, and life transformation.  Among many other things Baron worked as coaching staff with the NFL team Philadelphia Eagles. His newest venture is his podcast "Disrupting the Drift", which I highly recommend.  I first crossed paths with Baron, many years ago in Los Angeles though different groups of friends in different life circumstances.  So happy to bring him into the podcast and share his energy with you, Life on Earth tribe! In this episode we chat about how the world has evolved these past few years and how to stay positive even when situations can be "rocky". I hope you enjoy this uplifting conversation between Baron and I.  Share this episode with someone you love and can benefit.  The world needs more positive, uplifting conversations. Sharing is caring! I hope you are having an awesome day! Thank you for listening to Life On Earth Podcast. I'm sending you so much love! ~ Nathalie Check out Baron's podcast Disrupting the Drift  baptisteyoga.com @baronbaptiste This episode is brought to you by Shanti Yoga Training School   @NathalieCroix  @ShantiYogaTrainingSchool   Come visit Shanti Yoga Studio + Wellness Experiences
