As we celebrate our birthdays with excitement and positive anticipation, we know that’s not always the case when you’re turning a year older. Sometimes birthdays can be a loud reminder of your shortcomings, they can reflect your loneliness or lack of fulfillment. Other times it’s just pure dread.
