Lars is a Non-Executive Director of GAC and has many years of experience in the maritime industry. During this interview Tom and Lars explore mental health in the workplace and how GAC supports the mental wellbeing of their staff. Lars also outlines how the role of the ship agent has changed over the years and how COVID-19 has impacted on the business, particularly in regards to crew changes.
