It takes a level of maturity to acknowledge that with every decision that is made, we are manifesting our own reality. When we get to a place in our lives where we can exist with this level of integrity, then we can see the signs that tell us where we are headed. Signs form your body, brain, or the world around you will show you the foresight needed to make the decisions that are most in your favor.

These signs also give us clear indication of the things that are NOT for us. It is up to us to recognize these signs and to do what it right for us and for the highest good of everyone/ everything (that is possible). No one expects you to end world hunger or to quit an addiction in one day- yet it's best to try and see what you CAN do today... And what you should not...
