In her first 12 months she acquired 2 self-storage facilities, and operates across Sacramento, Louisiana, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and the Sunbelt States. She is also the founder of Self Storage School, where she helps investors and W2 employees find, fund, and buy their first cash-flowing self-storage facility.
