She’s an Educator at W.Ross MacDonald School which is the only school in Ontario and Canada for blind and deaf blind students. As a former CNIB rehabilitation instructor Cathy shares many kitchen safety tips, and her three trusty food guides. Spoiler Alert - I’m one of them but who else is on Cathy’s speed dial?
