Ceily is a longtime practitioner of yoga and meditation and runs Taos Yoga Retreat in magical Taos, New Mexico.   I have always been struck and inspired by Ceily's depth of practice and her capacity to navigate the ups and downs of life with such grace. I have invited Ceily to share with us about her journey of life, finding yoga and meditation, and the ways in which these practices have served her life and continue to as she ages.     Ceily shares her calm demeanor and ways in which she is personally moving through these wild times of uncertainty.  She offers us wisdom in the realm of effective practices and navigating the evolution of being a human with such clarity and ground.  I know that you will feel as much ease and inspiration from this conversation as I did!
