After working as a case manager and Supervisor in the foster care system and later transitioning to providing individual and couple’s counseling with military service members, Charese found her passion working with high achieving women leaders. She founded CJ Counseling and Consulting Services which provides individual counseling, women’s wellness workshops and other services to build confidence, strengthen relationships and create boundaries.It has been a crazy ride, but she has found the fulfillment that she was missing. Learning that an entrepreneurs’ work is never done has been one of her biggest challenges.
