Chrissy Metge: London-based animator on her new book The Great Crown Mystery

London-based New Zealander Chrissy Metge is a publisher, children’s author and has worked on special effects for some of Hollywood's biggest blockbusters.  Chrissy has worked as a producer with animation studios like Pixar, Weta, Marvel and George Lucas’s ILM.  She has many film credits including the likes of Ironman, The Hobbit, The Hunger Games and The Jungle Book which won Chrissy’s team an Oscar for Best Visual Effects.  Chrissy has a new book out The Great Crown Mystery but has also been working on soon to be released Netflix adult animation show Entergalactic.  Chrissy is in New Zealand at the moment and joined the Sunday Session.
