Construction London & South and Central South's preconstruction teams share their journey in designing Willmott Dixon's first net zero carbon development in operation

Today we hear from a Soulla Louizou, a design coordinator at Construction London & South, and Simon Waites, preconstruction manager at Construction Central South. Soulla will give us on update on how they are going about at inception stage on achieving Net Zero Carbon Buildings in operation, and Simon will give us a run through of what they have done to date, including their challenges for delivering the first Willmott Dixon net zero carbon in operation development for Wiltshire Council. The project is Silverwood School, North Wiltshire.
