Es un programa radial en convergencia con Tecnologías de la información y de las comunicaciones que vincula al emigrante con su familia y su comunidad, su formato es interactivo con contenido que surge para analizar el fenómeno migratorio en Guatemala. El programa genera análisis, opinión, reflexión, educación, formación, desarrollo y cambio en la dinámica migratoria de la población guatemalteca dando énfasis a la comunidad en riesgo de emigrar como lo son jóvenes mujeres y hombres. Las temáticas a tratar en el programa están orientadas a incidir en la formación de la población sobre áreas económicas, sociales, culturales, sociológicas, educativas, psicológicas, y de salud. Público Objetivo 1.5 millones de guatemaltecos y guatemaltecas que viven en el extranjero: el 72% son hombres y el 28% mujeres. El 80% de los emigrantes están en el rango de 15 y 35 años de edad. 5 millones de oyentes potenciales guatemaltecos-as residentes en el país con edades de 15 a 65 años.
