An old friend from my high school days joins me on Awareness ep.13. His name is Corey Herscu, and I couldn't think of a better time for us to chat. The month of June is Men's Mental Health Month, which is a time to raise awareness about the unique mental health challenges men face and to encourage them to prioritize their well-being. - Corey is going to walk us through the story of losing his Dad at such a young age. How he channeled the grief early on, and what he still does to this day to manage it. - Plus, his suggestions on how to check in with someone who is grieving. - And, what you should NOT do to someone who is grieving.
