Dealing with the Narcissist

from Beauty Define · host Beauty Define

Hey Beauties, welcome back to Beauty Defines podcast. On todays episode I am going to discuss how to deal with the narcissist. If you haven’t done so, be sure to listen to my previous episode titled: the narcissist. As a disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor and I am not offering medical advice of any sort. This episode is strictly based on my opinion and used for encouragement purposes only. Beauties, you cannot control or change the narcissist. Never think its your responsibility to change or fix someone. Its not your job and that person is not your project. The only person you should try to change is yourself if necessary. You can only control and work on you not other people. On this episode I share tips on how to deal with the narcissist.  A relationship with a  narcissist in whatever capacity isn’t based on love. Its bondage. Its like you have chains on your mind, body, and soul because dealing with the narcissist is a heavy weight to bear. And I pray thats a weight you will no longer have to deal with. You have options. Two hards to chose from: the hard of walking alone or the hard of walking with a narcissist. Remember beauties, you are the captain of your ship. You deserve freedom. You deserve to live your best life. Tomorrow isn’t promised. Chose you always. I hope you learned more on how to deal with the narcissist. Stay tuned for my next episode. I love interacting with my audience please email me at [email protected]. Also, you can leave a voice message on Beauty Define’s Podcast to show support! As always, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Sisters Cracking Up Abby Rodman and Julie Howard Any woman in midlife knows the complexities of this time of life have the potential to crack us. Fortunately, there just as many things that crack us up…and keep us sane. We're midlife sisters, psychotherapist Abby Rodman and beauty expert and coach Julie Howard, and we want to talk about all of it. We're with you — commiserating, crying, raging, and, yes, laughing all along the way. And maybe, like us, you've got a sister to share it all with. If you don't, we might just be the sisters you've been looking for. We talk openly, honestly, and (hopefully) humorously about social and psychological topics that really matter like relationships, parenting, careers, aging, stress, sex, health, and mental health. Our goal is to listen, share, understand, enlighten, laugh and, most of all, figure out this crazy time of life together — like sisters.
