第十二集教你煮冲繩豚肉飯

日本豚肉乃豬肉也，冲繩嘅豬肉特別好味，肥肉同瘦肉平均，肥肉肥而不膩，瘦肉瘦而不實，入口鬆化。材料：豬肉100克切小粒,或可用免治，紅蘿蔔1條切碎，海苔10克切絲，青豆15克，米一杯，麻油1湯匙醃肉材料：酒3湯匙，糖1茶匙，醬油1湯匙，薑汁1茶匙，上湯200ml做法：先將豬肉用麻油炒熟，待用。跟住將紅蘿蔔碎同米一齊煮，約12分鐘，再將青豆放入，煮至飯熟，再加入海苔絲及之前煮好嘅豬肉，攪勻，完成。
