Discovering Purpose & Guarding Mental Health With Chilungamo M'manga

"Chichi" as she is affectionately called by many, has a way of breaking down mental health in such a relatable way. She says "mental health has everything to do with everything" and that for me captures how seriously it should be taken. In this episode, we discussed how she discovered her purpose and how she and her team help over 1000 mentees across Africa through Mentor to Mentor, an organization she started in Malawi.
