In this episode, we hear from Chrissy Papetti, a life redesign coach who helps chronic overachievers and perfectionists realize the power of their mind and how they can learn to heal their chronic pain. Her story is quite incredible as she takes us back to the days of being an athlete, primarily in dance, and how an injury led to her to nearly a decade of learning how to manage chronic pain due to an injury. Ultimately, what ended up healing her stemmed from a comment her mom made and the shocking realization of just how powerful your mind really is.
