Eating Sh*t: Claire’s Fall, Adam’s Bomb, and Tiktok talking sh*t 🦷

from That Was Wild · host Adam Macias

This week on That Was Wild, Adam Macias and Claire Jolliffe take a deep dive into the art of eating sh*t. First up, Claire shares the harrowing details of how she literally ate sh*t after a bike crash—two broken teeth and a fractured elbow later, she’s still rolling with the punches (and a bruised ego). 🚴‍♀️💥Then, Adam takes us on a journey through his own "eating sh*t" moment, bombing hard on stage in front of a major TikTok influencer and industry folks at a club. From A+ material to crickets, this was the kind of bomb you never forget. 🧨🎤But that's not all—things take a turn when we talk about a TikTok influencer exposing a cheating boyfriend she saw at brunch at South By Southwest. We break down the drama and how talking sh*t online is the new sport. 😱📱So grab your snacks (but maybe don’t eat anything messy), tune in, and get ready for an episode filled with awkward moments, big bombs, and a whole lot of drama. Like, subscribe, and share with your friend who’s always talking sh*t—because they won’t want to miss this. 🎧🔥#EatingSh*t #TikTokDrama #BikeCrash #ComedyBomb #ThatWasWild #PodcastHumor #OpenMicFails #InternetExposesFollow Claire Jolliffe - https://www.instagram.com/creepsterclaire/Adam’s Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/@adamtellsjokesEmail us wild story at [email protected] Follow @thatwaswildpod on Instagram / Tiktok/ Youtube______________________________________________0:00 - Intro2:23 - Claire Jolliffe4:41 - Claire’s fall17:51 - Adam bombs in front of Mitsy Sanderson and other industry28:41 - Kelsey Gordon exposes cheating couple SXSW (wait for the wild twist)46:14 - Wild Town Halls48:54 - Tax the rich chants at Nebraska Town Hall51:57 - Bernie Sanders in Las Vegas56:57 - The Wild Wheel57:52 - Wild Flowers: Karate Kid1:04:28 - Wild Guess1:05:50 - Outro

The Last Outlaws Impact Studios at UTS In a History Lab season like no other, we're pulling on the threads of one of Australia's great misunderstood histories, moving beyond the myths to learn what the Aboriginal brothers Jimmy and Joe Governor faced in both life and death.Australia's budding Federation is the background setting to this remarkable story, that sees the Governor brothers tied to the inauguration of a 'new' nation and Australia's dark history of frontier violence, racial injustice and the global trade and defilement of Aboriginal ancestral remains. This Impact Studios production is a collaboration with the Governor family, UTS Faculty of Law and Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research. The Last Outlaws teamKatherine Biber - UTS Law Professor and Chief InvestigatorAunty Loretta Parsley - Great-granddaughter of Jimmy Governor and the Governor Family Historian Leroy Parsons - Governor descendant, Narrator and Co-WriterKaitlyn Sawrey - Host, Writer and Senior ProducerFrank Lopez - Writer, Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
