EFT For Feeling Dissatisfied With Progress Being Made (Pod #258)

from Tapping Q & A - Getting the most out of tapping and EFT · host Gene Monterastelli

Support the podcast! There is an odd phenomenon that happens when we make progress. Even though we are working towards our goals, there is a part of us feels dissatisfied with the progress. This can even happen when we have reached our goals. There is a part that still wants to pick away and criticize what we are doing. This happens because change feels scary, even if that fear exists only on the subconscious level. Change means we are doing something new, which is unpredictable, and the subconscious often reads this as dangerous. That explains why we shortcircuit our progress, undercut our actions, and sometimes even stop ourselves from taking any action at all. This week I have for you a simple tap-along that will help to quiet the subconscious when it is dissatisfied with progress, which will help you to take more action.
