In this episode, I’m super stoked to introduce you to a great friend of mine, Jeff Gerhardt. We’ve been doing life together for many, many years. A lot of it has been done through The Master’s Program, which is a mentorship program for Christian leaders. I’m excited for you to hear Jeff unpack his story and share what’s really possible with a life of significance, not just success in the marketplace. Jeff is the CEO of The Master's Program. Throughout his marketplace experience, Jeff has been responsible for positioning teams to support product launches, turnarounds, and growth. Jeff is a strategic business consultant who works with leaders to develop plans that match their purpose, passions, and potential. Jeff has international experience as he served as an ex-pat in Switzerland while at Edwards Lifesciences and has led significant change programs in the US, the Middle East, and Asia. Jeff is the Founder of Centix, which focuses on Organizational Health and Culture consulting. Jeff and his wife, Heather, co-founded DM Ranch, which hosts marriage workshops and special events. Jeff also has a podcast launching in September 2023 called “Leveraging Success.”Jeff is the Board Chairman for Uncharted Ministries and on the Advisory Board of Engaging Nations. Jeff and Heather have four children and two sons-in-law and live in McKinney, Texas.
