Ep. 1 The Shift Starts Here - Welcome to Who Are You Now?

from Who Are You Now? · host Chrissie Morgan

Welcome to Who Are You Now? - a podcast for people in transition: navigating change, asking big questions, and ready to create their most authentic life. In this short introductory episode, I share what inspired me to launch this podcast, what you can expect from future episodes, and why change - no matter how uncertain or messy - is often the beginning of everything new. You'll also get a first look at The Shift - a concept we'll return to often.  It's the moment we begin to consistently nurture ourselves, and our core vibration transforms into something powerful: I am worthy of being nurtured. And when we embody that belief, the universe responds with a ripple effect of aligned support and healing. Expect real conversations, expert insights, and stories from people just like you - growing, shedding, awakening, and becoming. Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
