You'll make better business decisions as a result of that." Anthea Mumby started working in her parents' insurance broker business at the age of 13., side by side with her father for over 20 years. In her mid 30's she purchased the business and worked with her spouse.  Over the decades revenues grew 10 times and they became the niche experts for Canada's architectural and design community and maintained client retention of over 92% year after year.    Anthea made the tough decision to become a consultant, and sold the family business in 2020. She and her partner have had many disruptions, coming close to the brink.
