Ep: 23 Jared Allen

Jared Allen is the perfect guest the week of the Super Bowl. He wants to be remembered as a great father, a great husband and as someone who lived his faith. He says the Bible is “his new Playbook.” Jared’s professional career, was stellar and he is in his 4th consecutive year as a Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee finalist. His 12-year NFL career established him as one of the finest defensive ends ever in the game with 136 total career sacks, that includes leading the league in sacks in 2007 and 2011. Jared discusses setting almost unattainable goals, working as hard as it takes to reach those goals and then setting new goals through honest reflection and humility. “If you are not good at something, you need to admit it and move on”.  In 2018 Jared set out on a monumental goal after his NFL retirement, to represent the United States in the Olympics as a Curling Champion.
