La semaine dernière, dans l'épisode 28, je t’ai parlé de la peur. Aujourd’hui, j’avais envie de revenir encore une fois sur les émotions, mais plutôt pour te donner quelques pistes pour t’apprendre à te reconnecter à elles. L'idée de cet épisode m'est venue grâce à ma plus jeune fille qui m'a demandé des conseils pour réaliser un journal de ses émotions. Je me suis dit que ça pourrait sans doute aussi t'aider si je te partageais les astuces que je lui ai données. Le principe du journal émotionnel, c’est d’apprendre à reconnaitre ses émotions, de comprendre quelles sensations corporelles en découlent, pour pouvoir sortir du cercle vicieux des pensées négatives qui y sont souvent associées. Prendre l’habitude de tenir un journal de tes émotions va t’offrir la possibilité au fur et à mesure de mieux comprendre ce que tu vis.
