Ep 33: Why People Don't Heal

Through working with clients for the past several years, and through doing my own healing work for even longer, this is one of the observations I've made: We sometimes get in the way of our own healing.   It isn't that we decide that we won't heal. It's that we unconsciously choose to stay where we are in the pain. It sounds irrational, but the reason behind it merits compassion.    The greatest gift I can offer you is the gift of your freedom.
