Est-ce que ça t'arrive souvent de te sentir coupable, de culpabiliser pour tout un tas de raisons comme lorsque tu voudrais prendre du temps pour toi, que tu aimerais dire non à cette personne qui t'a demandé un service alors que tu es débordé.e... Ce sentiment de culpabilité fait quasiment partie du quotidien des personnes hautement sensibles et c'est une plaie qui nous empêche de vivre une vie qui nous correspond vraiment. Dans cet épisode je t'explique d'ou vient selon moi cette culpabilité qui accompagne presque constamment les grand.e.s sensibles, surtout quand iels sont très empathiques.
