Societal pressure is everywhere around us and it creates a lot of insecurities and anxiety within us if we are not aware of the impact of it on our life. In this episode i share with you how the loss of my dad pushed me to be true and honest with my self to take the path of freedom and healing. It helped me to realise what truly matters for me in this life and detach from the idea of fitting in society. When we are not authentic with ourself, we slowly diminish our own power and confidence.
