Cette fois, nous nous interrogeons sur la notion d'empathie et de son rapport à la grande sensibilité. De nos jours, tout le monde ou presque revendique d'être très empathique : on entends des termes comme surempathique, hyperempathique, éponge émotionnelle, et finalement on ne sait plus trop de quoi il retourne exactement...  Nous prenons donc le temps dans cet épisode, avec Saverio, de redéfinir les contours de l'empathie. Qu'est-ce que l'empathie, à quoi elle nous sert, comment elle se manifeste, est-ce qu'on peut manquer d'empathie ou au contraire, être trop empathique ? Est-ce que les grands sensibles sont forcément très empathiques ? Autant de pistes qui permettent d'y voir un peu plus clair sur ce sujet.
