Episode 017 - Interview with Jon Radulovic of NHPCO

from The Heart of Hospice Podcast · host Helen Bauer & Jerry Fenter

November is National Hospice & Palliative Care Month in the United States.  The theme for 2017 is "It's about how you live."  To recognize the significance of hospice & palliative care we had the opportunity to interview Jon Radulovic, VP of Communication from the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization.  Jon has worked with hospice organizations for over 20 years, and he shared his observations of the changes that have taken place during those years, and the opportunities that are still ahead.  Jon's personal story of how he came to work in the hospice industry is unique, and yet there are many who will relate to his belief that "if someone had told me I would end up working on behalf of hospice, I would have told you there's no possible way that can happen."  For more information about NHPCO, please visit their website at www.nhpco.org, and to read more about the National Hospice & Palliative Care Month, you can visit www.caringinfo.org.
