Episode #140: Time For Introspection

from Tea Time w/Amie & Bev · host Amie Wade

Intuition is often described as the inner voice speaking to one’s soul. As a practice, introspection encourages a person to turn inward, reflect on their feelings and thoughts, and explore the deeper parts of their psyche. While this may be an uncomfortable process for some, it can have lasting benefits that open individuals to spiritual healing and personal growth.Introspection involves a conscious effort to examine oneself. It requires one to take an honest look at and think deeply about their own beliefs, motivations, behaviors, and influences in life. The primary goal of introspection is to learn more about oneself on an internal level in order to understand why one behaves or thinks in certain ways. Through this process, individuals can become aware of their shadows which are often subconscious patterns that contain negative emotions and limiting beliefs – leading them further down the path of understanding themselves and growing beyond self-imposed limitations.Overall, introspection enables one to identify areas in need of improvement on both an emotional/spiritual level as well as practical level so that desired changes can be achieved with clarity and purposeful action. Through this practice, individuals move closer towards knowing themselves more deeply while also engaging with self-love instead of fear or judgement - giving way for greater understanding regarding the meaning behind their beliefs & behavior which ultimately could lead them down the path towards true fulfillment in life.May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!Overcomer song by Mandisa ~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b8VoUYtx0kw
