Today we are going to clear up what we mean by hazards and hazard based plans. Then, let's get some clarity on what is and is not a HACCP plan   Next, decide on whether or not you need a HACCP or preventive controls plan. Remember, decision making is wealth making.   What if you could feel like you understand where you are in your hazard based food safety planning by actually thinking and understanding the process? Amazing!   Of course, you'll sleep better because you know you are controlling   your hazards (which you must do, HACCP plan or no)   When you understand hazard and hazard based food safety plans you'll stand in your truth of where your business is and make amazing decisions from there.
