Being sober has helped Ashley heal from trauma & unpack the causes & conditions of why she chose to numb with alcohol in the first place. When Ashley started doing the healing work in sobriety, she started to fall in love with sobriety! Her anxiety & mental health struggles dropped away, and joy, happiness, and peace entered her life!Ashley's sobriety dramatically shifted when she had children. She no longer had tons of time to spend on healing work. She had to carve out intentional and consistent time for healing practices in sobriety. Being a new mama meant being over stimulated, sleep deprived, & getting easily dysregulated. She used her background to create small, consistent practices that help to heal in sobriety, regulate the nervous system, & navigate the highs and lows of life without reaching for alcohol to cope.
