What about you? Do you make your decisions based more on your heart or more on your head? Emotions vs. Intellect some say. As I was looking at some big decisions this last week, my therapist helped me see more clearly how we all make decisions, with either our head and our heart. And it turns out that in life, we need to use both. And we need to ask ourselves which makes more of a difference down the road. Truth be told, there are many right decisions we could make in our lives. Many paths we can take and find happiness along the way, no one path guarantees a fulfilled ending. It’s more about the journey and the road we’re traveling and learning to enjoy the moment, the days, the minutes you have in front of you.
