Episode 44 - Ashley Harwood

Meet Ashley Harwood. Real Estate Agent. Real Estate Coach. Introvert.  Ashley started as an agent in real estate, however found herself coaching introverted agents on how to build their business around their personality and double down on what makes them unique. She began her real estate career in 2013 and built a 6-figure business as a solo agent before launching Move Over Extroverts in 2018. After participating and being a student of many, many coaching and training programs, she saw a need in the industry. The introverts were being left behind! So, Ashley started developing training materials, classes, and coaching programs for her people, her fellow introverts. She is the creator of The Quiet Success Workshop, as well as a frequent podcast guest, speaker, and trainer. Ashley has spoken on stages and in real estate offices across the country, including INMAN, Triple Play, and the WI Realtor Association convention. Ashley was also named one of The Top Real Estate Coaches in 2020 by The Close. Ashley has toured doing live events, coaching sessions and helped agents step into their best self without doing things they despise to grow their business.
