In this episode of Therapy Thoughts, Tiffany talks with another one of her friends, Kimberly Anderson. Kimberly talks about her life growing up Mormon and transgender. She speaks about how therapy saved her life but also how therapy could have been a dangerous experience for her in her teenage years. She talks about suicidality for LGBTQIA+ youth and adults as well. She speaks about the various trauma marginalized folks experience daily and how this can affect mental health.
