Millions of children are crippled by what our school system calls “education.” Since the so-called experts do it again each year, we have to assume they are agreed on their goals. Most children will be allowed to read only at a mediocre level..Phonics is how you teach a phonetic language. All other so-called methods are bogus, which should give you some idea how desperately our Education Establishment clings to diminished literacy. Let's Fix Education explains to Americans why their schools are so bad. The people in charge prefer mediocrity because they are socialists of one kind or another.
