EPISODE #6 - CHRIS KENDALL - THE RAW ADVANTAGE

WOW! What an interview! Chris Kendall of "The Raw Advantage" is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher, Raw Chef, Author of several Raw Recipe books, Guest Speaker, Life Coach, Amateur Skate Boarder  as well as a 15+ year Raw Vegan.  In this episode, Chris talks about how at an early age, he struggled with a poor diet, poor habits and choices. All of which caused him to look with in and make a change. Oddly enough, a "Yoga VHS Tape" purchased at Wal Mart was the catalyst for that change. This practice lit a fire in Chris that has only become brighter and hotter.  Chis became more aware of his food choices and with the diligent learning and the chance encounter with a legend in Raw Vegan movement, Dr. Doug Graham, He was set on a path of enlightenment and self love! Dr. Doug Graham has now become a mentor and friend to Chris and changed his life forever.
